Returns Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality designer clothing and ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase.
We recognise that, on occasion, an item may not meet your expectations or may not fit as intended. To support you, we have outlined a returns process designed to be simple and efficient.
Returns Eligibility
Please note that returns must be sent back using mailing bags or plastic packaging only. Garments should be neatly folded before dispatch. Items returned in a creased condition may require additional inspection for potential damage, which could delay the processing of your return or exchange.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:
- Accessories
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Final sale items (clearly indicated in the product description)
How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return:
- Access the returns portal via the link at the top of this page.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason.
Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
You must also include a completed returns form inside your parcel. This can be downloaded from the top of the page. Alternatively, you may include a note with your:
- Name
- Address
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Preferred outcome (refund or exchange)
Important: Do not attach invoices or returns forms to the outside of your parcel, as this may increase the risk of theft.
Returns can be sent via any Royal Mail Post Office or parcel drop-off location.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where:
- The item is faulty, or
- An incorrect item was received
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please ensure all items are securely packaged.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
- Processing typically takes 7–10 business days from receipt of the return
Exchanges
To avoid disappointment due to stock availability, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item and returning the original item separately.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team promptly.
We may request images or further details to assess the issue. Depending on availability and your preference, we will offer a:

Policy Compliance
Items that do not meet our returns criteria may be rejected and returned to the original shipping address.
